TUICO Group (Taiwan Urethanecast Industries Co.,Ltd.) was found in 1962, the headquarter and R&D are located in Taipei, Taiwan; two factories located in Guang Dong, China, and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam . TUICO is specialized in all kinds of Polyurethane and Rubber Products in various compounds such as FKM, NBR, Silicone, EPDM, Neoprene..., etc. Main Production items are included Doctor Blade & Wiper Blade for copier and laser printer, O-ring & oil seal to ASTM and JIS standards; Squeegee for Screen Printing, and Custom Molded parts for worldwide market.
With over 50 years experience and process refinement, TUICO has achieved 100% vertical integration of manufacture with over 1,000 Technicians and Operators supported by the R&D in Taiwan. 1960
Established under name CPK Group, producing low hardness (15~50 shore A) Polyurethane printing roller with technique and raw material (Vulkllan) supported by Bayer Co., Germany.
1965
Changing company name to Taiwan Urethanecast Industrial Co., Ltd. Starting to produce higher hardness (55 ~ 65 shore A) PU wheels, industrial roll, parking sheet. Developing PU Squeegees for Screen Printing.
Certified by Bayer Co. for Vulkollan brand name (registered Vulkollan).
The most successful products is Roller made from Vulkollan used for False Twiste Machine in textile industry and PU Friction Disc.
1970
Beginning to use Polyurethane material from Dupont, USA with brand name ADIPRENE, which is for high abrasion, oil resistance industrial parts.
1973
Starting producing and supplying skate board wheel.
1975
Developing Roller skate wheel and skate board wheel. Over the world, Tuico is number one of manufacturer of the products with huge capacity of 10tons/day
1979
Producing new product-cleaning blades for Copy Machines supplied to After Market.
1980
Importing equipment to produce Orings in Synthetic Rubber. Extending big invest machines for R&D lab, for production.
1981
Importing new CNC machine from Swiss. Around the world, Tuico is the first factory having Swiss CNC to make oring molds.
1982
Along with 2 companies in Japan, Tuico supplied Cleaning Blades to over the States with high reputation in After Market.
1991
Success in Cleaning Blades for Copy Machines. Tuico develops Blades for Pinters.
1995
Continuous improvement and develop Blades for color high-speed laser printers, cleaning blade.
1997
Separating to become private company, capital by Chen Family.
1999
Investing new factory in Dong Nai (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam. Main products are Cleaning Blades and Orings. First factory with 10.000m2 land, 15.000m2 factory and building…
2004
Building the 2nd factory (10.000m2) for material warehouse, CNC mold shop (start with sets of CNC milling, 3 sets of CNC lathe, and grinding machines…) dorm for staff.
2011
Extending Rubber business by buying new factory with 2 buildings.
One floor building completed to start production at the end of 2011 with all mixing machines in house, 72 sets of New press machines and Liquid Nitrogen Tank for Cryogenic deflashing machines.
The new four-floor building (40x70m/ floor) is under construction.
2012
Finishing 4-floor building, which starts in middle of 2012.
-The 1st floor for another 80 sets press machine, mixing rooms.
-The 2nd one for finished products warehouse and lab room. |
