 Welcome to VINAPLAST! + 1960 : Some first state owed plastic factories were established. All these films later became members of VINAPLAST.
+ 1976 : Sundries Company was established with the main products including plastic products, footwear, detergent, metallic household ware, stationary.
+ 1987 : Sundries Company was renamed as the Union of Plastic and Sundries Enterprises. Main products of the Union were plastic, metallic household ware and stationery.
+ 1989 : Vietnam Plastic Union for Production and Import – Export was moved from the Union of Plastic and Sundries Enterprises, international transaction name was VINAPLAST.
+ 1990 : Vietnam Plastic Manufacturers’ Association (VPMA) was established. VINAPLAST was the core of this organization.
+ 1995 : Vietnam Plastic Union for Production and Import – Export had been changed as Vietnam Plastic Company retaining its international transaction name as VINAPLAST.
+ 1996 : Vietnam National Plastic Corporation was established, its international transaction name was still VINAPLAST.
+ Vietnam Plastic Corporation, succeeding the right and obligation of Vietnam National Plastic Corporation, was established. The unchanged transaction name is VINAPLAST.
On October, 2008, Vietnam Plastic Corporation offical operated as a joint-stock company. |
