 MY PHUOC INDUSTRIAL PARK IIPursuant to the Decree No. 452/QĐ-TTg on Jan 20, 2005 of President of People’s Committee.
Pursuant to the Decree approving the assessments of environmental impact No. 1764/QD-BTNMT on Dec 7, 2004 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
Sewage Treatment System: the sewage treament factory is working with a capacity of 4,000 m3/day, receiving sewage of daily activities and production for businesses operating in the area. Sewage after treatment is supposed to meet standards of Vietnam 5945-2005, culumn A (KF = 0.9, kq = 0.9) which is flown into Tre Stream and discharged into Thi Tinh river. Technical Treatment Process.
Monitoring on and doing reports of environmental quality periodically four times a year for sewage and twice a year for others environmential. Results of monitoring environmental quality.
The environment fee for sewage is made up a list and summitted quarterly.
Registration of the sewage owner No. 74.000415.T is provided by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Duong province.
There are currently 69 enterprises has connected to the sewage treament system of the industrial park .
There are 1 enterprise in the industrial park having the sewage treatment by itself: Sabmiller Vietnam Joint Venture Co.
