Design, manufacture and sale of thermoformed plastic trays and blister packs for transporting small parts Optimus Packaging Vietnam was established at the end of 2018. We produce thermoformed trays for parts packaging for the electronics, HDD, automotive, medical and consumer goods industries.
In addition, we use a clean room and carry out 100% inspection before delivering to customers to suppress the occurrence of defects.
Parts development uses customer data and develops trays that make full use of 3D scanners and 3D printers.
There is a "YES culture" as a corporate policy, and we are working to give everyone wisdom on how to make it possible without saying that we cannot do it.
Preparation of molds and materials is as quick as 7 days, and if it is a small lot, manufacturing will be completed within 1 hour. We also support sudden small lot orders.
We have 3 factories in Thailand and 1 factory in Malaysia to handle delivery. In addition, we have established an office in Japan to make our customer service flexible. |
