KMC was founded in 2008 by Japanese and Vietnamese Partners with extensive experiences in providing top-quality professional services to multinationals with operations. Currently, KMC’s Japanese Partners is Corporate Advisers Inc (CA), which has the head office in Tokyo, Japan. CA has expanded business beyond accounting and taxation to include M&A, IFRS, J-SOX, FAS, payroll calculations, social insurance procedures, labor consulting, etc. Our aim is to serve as a “platform” to support a wide range of clients – from startups to global listed companies – in the fields of accounting, tax, and M&A services.
