We own 25 injection molding machines ranging from 40T to 850T. Mold arrangement → Molding → Secondary processing → ASSY → Inspection → Shipping
As for arranging molds, we have been working with a local mold maker for 20 years on joint development. (Actual experience: 20 years, 250 molds)

Strengths of Fukuyama Gosei Vietnam

In each section, we send Vietnamese employees to our headquarters in Japan for 3 to 5 years using the technical internship system, and then return them to our factory in Vietnam. Many employees who have been trained at our headquarters are active in our factory in Vietnam. In particular, we implement quality control that focuses on even one defect, and we are working hard to create a system that can guarantee quality within the process.

Mold development: Once we receive product data, we make proposals to make the molds cheaper.
We have a system in place to accept orders at the target price of our customers.
Mold maintenance is performed 100% in-house (laser welding, milling, lathe ownership).
We have a backup system at the head office for difficult mold products.

We have a Vietnamese representative stationed at the Japanese head office, and we are able to hold meetings with customers in Japan (CAD data shared between Vietnam and head office).
