The manufacturing department currently owns more than 170 pieces of production equipment. We have also introduced one of the largest processing machines in Vietnam (table size: 3500 x 8000), which can also process complete sets of equipment such as frames and bases. Since we can complete all processes in-house, we can respond to short delivery times. We can also respond immediately to sudden changes in specifications.

1. Build up the idea from imagination to realization on 3D design models.
2. Design assembly drawings, detail drawings and 3D drawings.
3. Design 3D models from assembly drawing and component drawings.
4. Design assembly drawings based on 3D models.
5. Design sheet metal drawings.
6. Design wiring drawings, design detail electrical drawings. Application software: ICAD, RAPID, ZWCAD.

In the machining department, we have more than 170 production equipment (machine tools, sheet metal processing equipment), and we can meet all kinds of machining requests. We have also introduced a large 5-sided processing machine, which is still rare in Vietnam.
