Production EquipmentWe own one vacuum molding machine and one compressed air molding machine, and we choose which machine to use depending on whether we are making large or small lots, and also on the characteristics of the product. By selecting the machine to use according to the demand of customer, we can significantly improve work efficiency.
The mold, which is the core of the product, is also essential for molding plastic products. These molds are manufactured by a trusted partner company in Vietnam. In addition, design and prototyping are carried out at our headquarters in Japan. By carrying out design and prototyping in Japan, we are able to hold detailed meetings, and we are able to create products according to customer orders, and sometimes even exceed them. This is the advantage of producing all design and prototyping in-house. |
