AIDO INDUSTRY, our head office, has been accepting trainees from Vietnam since around 2000 under the technical intern training system. Vietnamese people are said to have a similar temperament to Japanese people, and they are very eager to learn and work hard at their jobs.
We considered expanding overseas to accept technical intern trainees who returned to their home countries, and in 2012 we established our first overseas corporation in Vietnam. |
