[Improve the efficiency of receiving and shipping work with barcodes]
We propose a system that allows even beginners to perform accurate work by performing incoming and outgoing inspections while scanning product barcodes. We will also pursue improvements in on-site work efficiency, such as wireless handy terminals and mobile printers.
[Improving inventory management accuracy]
Accurately monitoring receipt and shipment results will lead to improved inventory management accuracy. We also propose a mechanism to improve accuracy through inventory visualization. | |

[Incoming goods inspection]
Inspection using barcodes prevents visual inspection of delivery slips and incorrect shipments, and enables accurate product management. Utilizing the arrival record data obtained through inspection will lead to labor savings in inputting delivery slips.
[Storage instructions and location management]
By issuing location instructions labels, the time from incoming goods inspection to storage on shelves can be shortened. Regarding location management, we can easily register product revisions and abolitions by scanning shelf and product barcodes, and easily register initial planograms and product additions.
[Picking/shipping inspection]
By using handheld terminals, you can eliminate advance preparation such as outputting picking lists and achieve paperless work. Even beginners with no product knowledge can easily perform the work. Additionally, by issuing a shipping label (delivery destination/packing details), inspection results can be seen at a glance, leading to improved service to customers. | |
