CNC旋盤とは
旋盤とは、基本的に回転する円筒状の工作物に刃物をあてて切削する機械です。こけし製作の感じに似ています。旋盤の中でも、刃物の位置などをコンピュータ制御で動かして切削していく旋盤をCNC旋盤といいます。CNCとはComputerize Numerical Controlの略で、値と符号で構成した”数値情報”で機械を自動制御する事をいいます。CNC旋盤は自動車、家電に代表するあらゆる産業の製造工程において必須のものです。コンピュータ制御によるミクロン単位の加工精度を誇り、日本のCNC旋盤は世界のトップシェアを占めています。正確に削られた部品で構成される製品は、市場において競争力を備えることにより、多くの利潤を生み出します。CNC旋盤は製品レベルのみならず、経済をも根底から支えています。
工作機械の中でも高精度な加工に特化したＣＮＣ旋盤工作機械の中でも当社はCNC旋盤を製造しています。旋盤とは回転させた工作物に刃物を当てて余分な部分を削り落とす加工を行う工作機械の一種で、これにコンピュータを取り付けたものがCNC旋盤です。刃物の動きをコンピュータでコントロールすることで、1,000分の1ミリ単位の高精度な加工を行います。
高精度の小型部品などの機械加工の優れた機能と操作性のおかげで、生産量が多い場合は、投資と生産開発のためにタカマズ旋盤を選択する必要があります。現在、 GSL-10HとGSL15-Hの2種類の機械があります。6インチチャック搭載で最大加工径はφ180mm。機械幅は1,610mm、奥行1,250mm の省スペース、コンパクト設計で設置場所に困りません。
※起動条件確認機能で機械トラブルを未然に防ぐ
起動スイッチを押した際に機械状態を監視し、あらかじめ設定を行った状態と一致していれば自動運転を行い、もし一致していない場合には警告を促す画面を表示させます。このような安全機能を強化したソフトの搭載により、作業者の機械状態確認不足や誤設定状態での自動運転起動を防止し、不良品の流出や機械破損を防ぎます。
※操作性の向上
人間工学に基づき、操作盤を最適な高さに配置することで、モニターが見やすく、ラクな姿勢で作業が行えます。また、操作頻度の高いボタンを作業者右側に集中配置しました。押しやすく、押し間違いがない位置に配置したことで、作業性が向上し、誤作動も防止しています。背丈のばらつきを考慮してドアの取手は縦長のステンレス製パイプを採用し、ドアの開閉をし易くしました。 |
