In April 29, 1993; Phuong Dong Garment Factory renamed Phuong Dong Garment Company and became an independent account institution that belonging to Vietnam Garment Textile Corporation with its primary functions of manufacture, trade and direct import of export garments.
In March, 2005; Phuong Dong Garment Company renamed Phuong Dong Garment Joint Stock Company (the Company) under Decision no. 135/2004QD-BCN dated November 16, 2004 issued by Ministry of Industry.
