Sonadezi Corporation is owned-state company, which was established for the purpose of developing the infrastructure of the industrial zone in Dong Nai province according to the Decision No 1713/QD9-UBT dated December 15th 1990 of Dong Nai People Committee.

Sonadezi Corporation has been the main investor of Bien Hoa I, Bien Hoa II, Long Thanh, Xuan Loc, Go Dau Industrial Zone… These industrial zones belongs to the Southern Vital Economic zone which is near the National Road, Port, Airport…Easy in attracting labour forces, with the fully and comprehensive infrastructure system. Now, Sonadezi is continuously developing the Giang Dien industrial zone (Dong Nai province) and Chau Duc industrial zone (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province).
From July 1st 2005, Sonadezi has changed the structure of the company to parent and subsidiary company. The main businesses of mother company – Sonadezi are as follows:
♦ Investment in urban development industry, industrial parks, residential areas;
♦ Travel services, restaurant business, hotels, buildings, offices for rent;
♦ Training, Vocational;
♦ Environmental management services;
♦ Financial investment in other companies;
♦ Buy or lease warehouses and factories;
