 .■ Business objective
Inheriting the 30-year proficient CNC precision machining profession from Taiwan, Vietnam Yoshita Precision Machining Ltd., was founded in Vietnam in 2010 with an initial investment of 1,500,000 USD.
Our main service is CNC precision machining to manufacture various metal fabricated components, such as machine components, power transmission components, medical equipment parts, valve and fluid control parts, automobile parts, bicycle parts, motorcycle parts, aerospace parts. The applicable material includes iron, steel, tool steel, stainless steel (inox), aluminum alloy, copper & brass, and plastics (POM) in bar stock (round, square, rectangle, hexagon), sand casting, lost-wax casting (investment casting), die casting, forging, extrusion, pressing, and stamping.
■ Projected capacity
Our shop equips with 25 sets of CNC machines and operates in 3 shifts, total 24 hours per day and 26 days per month, and we have plan to expand the machine fleet to 36 sets of CNC machine in the near future.
■ Future Plans
Since our mother company Ho Song has been established in 1981, we had always been trusted with our reasonable prices and quality products. We further invested in Vietnam in order to provide high quality and low cost manufacturing of metal parts for our customers. All along Ho Song and Yoshita's quality policy is guided by our belief: To ensure quality is our duty, and our honor relies on customers' satisfaction. In the future, with the consistent contribution from our staffs, we plan to become one of the world's most competitive manufacturers and at the same time ensure our perpetual growth with our customers. 2010-11: Investment License was granted.
2011-04: Construction started in April.
2011-10 : Total 5 sets of CNC arrived in October. 2 sets of CNC lathes and 3 sets of CNC machine center.
2011-12 : Construction completed in December.
2012-01 : Grand opening on January 1st 2012.
2012-01 : Operation started with the first job of machining lost wax casting, including a type of valve connector for Germany market and some pump parts for USA market since January.
2012-02: ISO 9001 implementation started.
2012-03: Total 11 sets of CNC installed since 6 sets of CNC lathes arrived in March, plus a programmable Mitutoyo Contour Measuring System, CMS or so called profile-meter.
2012-04 : Being audited by an USA customer and qualified to start mass production of automobile parts since April.
2012-06: Being audited by an Europe customer and qualified to start machining for beverage process industry since June.
2012-09 : Total 14 sets of CNC after 3 sets of lathes joined.
2012-10 : Mitutoyo CMM-CNC type installed and calibrated well.
2012-11 : ISO 9001:2008 certified by Afnor.
2013-03 : Total 17 sets of CNC since 3 sets of lathes joined.
2013-06 : Total 20 sets of CNC after another 1 sets of lathes and 2 sets of machine center come.
2014-09 : Total 25 sets CNC after 5 sets joined. |
