 About usFactory area is about 6000m2, it's one that specially to develop & set up Precision - mould, there are variety of manufacture Dept, as CNC Lathes, Assembling, Coating... And a group of develop technician & ability administrator. We are professional, with most effort to combine development & manufacturing all in, to be a perfect factory.
At present, machines are approximately 100 sets: Discharge M/C, Grinder, Wire-cut ''SEIBU'', Drilling-milling M/C, Vibrating, Press, Lathes, all to produce precise terminals to customers. Besides, our other Coating factory, there've got well technology lines & real talent through years.
Inspection Dept. is equipped special measured instruments and machines as 3D, 2D, projector, height-gauge, salt-resistance, coating thickness, tensile... that quality surely meet customers's satisfied. Getting ISO 9001:2008 & 14001:2004 certificate through our Quality Management Systems. We recognized that our customers are trusted by our Technology experience and plentiful knowledge with quality assume. |
