4. Heatsink Reflow Soldering

At KIMSEN, we are equipped with in-house Heatsink Reflow Soldering lines to meet the demands of joining metal parts to form a mechanical or electrical bond devices. It ensures strong thermal connections, enhances heat dissipation, and improves device performance.
